1.What main products does your company deal in?

 CPG:We are an integrated industry and trade company with our own factory. We mainly manufacture and export paper products, including more than ten types such as thermal paper, label paper, photo paper and self-adhesive paper (please refer to the product catalog). We have complete production lines and a strict quality control system, and support customized production according to samples as well as OEM private labeling.

CPG:We are an integrated industry and trade enterprise. We own our production factory and also have a professional foreign trade team, integrating production, sales and export. Our factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters with 30 advanced production lines and an annual output of 88,000 tons. We ensure on-time delivery and stable quality for every order.

3.Will thermal paper fade?

CPG:Yes, thermal paper will definitely fade over time, which is quite common.(Reasons:1. Thermal paper shows color by heat reaction. Its surface coating consists of chemical substances instead of real ink.2. The print will gradually fade and eventually turn blank when exposed to long-term storage, high temperature, sunlight, moisture, or contact with alcohol, adhesive tape and plastic film.)Shelf life of prints on thermal paper:Low grade: 6 months to 1 year;Medium grade: 1 to 3 years;High grade: 3 to 5 years.

4.What is the operating temperature range of the labels?

CPG: Regular labels: -5℃ ～ +60℃;Low-temperature labels: -20℃ ～ +60℃;Ultra-low / high-temperature labels: -40℃ ～ +900℃ (varies by material).Recommended labeling temperature: ≥ +10℃.Otherwise, the label may not adhere firmly.

5.What customization services do you offer?

CPG: We provide customization on size, printing, packaging and functional coating. We also support OEM/ODM private labeling services, and can adjust products flexibly according to your requirements.

6.Do you provide free samples?

CPG: We can offer a number of free samples for standard sizes. (Samples are free of charge, while freight is borne by the customer, negotiable based on customer situation.)Special non-standard products need customized production, and fees will be charged according to actual specifications and requirements.

7.How to handle product quality issues?

CPG:If you receive defective products, please provide relevant problem details, on-site photos and a description of the problem in a timely manner, and send the defective goods back to our company. We will arrange joint inspection and analysis by the Production Department, Technical Department, R&D Department and Logistics Department, and provide you with a corresponding solution based on the actual situation.

8.How long has your company been in the paper products business?What certifications do you have?

CPG:We have been engaged in paper products for 18 years, providing one-stop services from production to export with rich industry experience.We hold the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, our products have passed SGS testing, and some paper products are certified with FSC Forest Certification (if you need environmental certification).You can ask our sales team for electronic copies of the certificates anytime for your reference or to show to your clients.

9.Can you arrange export logistics and provide customs clearance documents?

CPG:Yes. We can arrange export logistics including sea freight, air freight and express delivery, and provide a full set of customs clearance documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.). You may also appoint your own freight forwarder.
