1.What are the face material types of self-adhesive paper?

CPG:Coated paper: Clear printing, moderate cost, suitable for general labels;Thermal paper: No ribbon required, fast printing, widely used in supermarkets and logistics;Writing paper / Offset paper: Can be handwritten, ideal for scenarios needing notes;PP synthetic paper: Waterproof, tear-resistant and high toughness, suitable for a wider range of environments;PET: High temperature resistant, scratch resistant and weatherproof, perfect for industrial and outdoor use;PE: Soft texture, can be applied on curved and irregular surfaces.

2.What main products does your company deal in?

CPG: We are an integrated industry and trade company with our own factory. We mainly manufacture and export paper products, including more than ten types such as thermal paper, label paper, photo paper and self-adhesive paper (please refer to the product catalog). We have complete production lines and a strict quality control system, and support customized production according to samples as well as OEM private labeling.

CPG: We are an integrated industry and trade enterprise. We own our production factory and also have a professional foreign trade team, integrating production, sales and export. Our factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters with 30 advanced production lines and an annual output of 88,000 tons. We ensure on-time delivery and stable quality for every order.

4.How many years has your company been engaged in paper products business? What certifications do you have?

CPG: We have been manufacturing paper products for 18 years. We provide one-stop services from production to export with rich industry experience.We currently hold the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, and our products have passed SGS testing. 5.What is the operating temperature range of the labels?

CPG: Regular labels: -5℃ ～ +60℃;Low-temperature labels: -20℃ ～ +60℃;Ultra-low / high-temperature labels: -40℃ ～ +900℃ (varies by material).Recommended labeling temperature: ≥ +10℃.Otherwise, the label may not adhere firmly.

6.How to handle product quality issues?

CPG: If you receive defective products, please provide relevant problem details, on-site photos and a description of the problem in a timely manner, and send the defective goods back to our company. We will arrange joint inspection and analysis by the Production Department, Technical Department, R&D Department and Logistics Department, and provide you with a corresponding solution based on the actual situation.
