1.Will thermal paper fade?

CPG:Yes, it definitely will fade over time, and this is very common.（Reasons:1.Thermal paper develops color by heat. Its coating is made of chemical substances, not real ink.2.It will gradually fade and eventually turn blank when exposed to time, heat, sunlight, humidity, or contact with alcohol, adhesive tape and plastic film.

2.How long can the handwriting on thermal paper be preserved?

CPG:Low-grade: 6 months to 1 year.Medium-grade: 1 to 3 years.High-grade: 3 to 5 years

3.What is the minimum order quantity of thermal paper and label paper for free customized cartons?

CPG:Free customized cartons are available for orders of over 500 cartons (excluding color printing).Color printed cartons shall be quoted separately based on the customer's design drawings.

4.How to handle product quality issues?

CPG:If the products you receive have quality problems, please promptly provide relevant data, on-site photos, and a description of how the problem occurred, and send the defective products back to our company.Our company will arrange the Production Department, Technical Department, R&D Department and Logistics Department to conduct joint inspection and analysis. We will provide you with a corresponding solution based on the actual situation.

5.How long has your company been in the paper products business?

CPG:We have been engaged in paper products for 18 years, providing one-stop services from production to export with rich industry experience.We hold the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, our products have passed SGS testing, and some paper products are certified with FSC Forest Certification (if you need environmental certification).You can ask our sales team for electronic copies of the certificates anytime for your reference or to show to your clients.

6.Can you arrange export logistics and provide customs clearance documents?

CPG:Yes. We can arrange export logistics including sea freight, air freight and express delivery, and provide a full set of customs clearance documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.). You may also appoint your own freight forwarder.
