1.Are you a factory or a trading company?

 CPG:We are an integrated industry and trade enterprise. We own our production factory and also have a professional foreign trade team, integrating production, sales and export. Our factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters with 30 advanced production lines and an annual output of 88,000 tons. We ensure on-time delivery and stable quality for every order.

2.What are the differences between different face materials of thermal labels?

CPG: 1.Ordinary thermal face paper has a short shelf life, and is not scratch-resistant, water-resistant or oil-resistant. It is suitable for short-term indoor use, such as express delivery and supermarket labels.  2.Three-proof thermal face paper comes with a protective coating, which is scratchproof, waterproof and oilproof. It has a longer storage life and is suitable for warehousing, cold chain and industrial scenarios. 3.Synthetic thermal face paper features better toughness, is not easy to tear, and has more stable dimensions. It is suitable for harsh environments or special curved surface labeling.

3.How many days for delivery of one 20ft container? How many days for five 20ft containers?

CPG:For a one-time order of within 50 containers, the delivery lead time is 7 to 45 days.

4.What quantity is required for free customized cartons for thermal paper & label paper?
CPG: Free customized plain cartons (without color printing) are available for orders above 500 cartons. Color printed cartons will be quoted separately based on customer’s design.

5.What if goods get damaged during transit?

CPG:  Please take photos or videos as evidence immediately and contact our customer service. We will assist you to claim compensation from the forwarder or insurance company. If the damage is caused by our improper packaging, we will take corresponding responsibility.

6.How long has your company been in the paper products business? What certifications do you have?

CPG:  We have been engaged in paper products for 18 years, providing one-stop services from production to export with rich industry experience.We hold the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, our products have passed SGS testing, and some paper products are certified with FSC Forest Certification (if you need environmental certification).You can ask our sales team for electronic copies of the certificates anytime for your reference or to show to your clients.
