1.What is the temperature resistance of paper cup base paper?

  CPG:Ordinary paper cup paper (PE coated): temperature resistance -10℃ ~ 85℃;High-temperature resistant type: up to 100℃ (boiling water);PLA degradable type: temperature resistance ≤60℃ only (for cold drinks only).

2.What main products does your company deal in?

  CPG:We are an integrated industry and trade company with our own factory. We mainly manufacture and export paper products, including more than ten types such as thermal paper, label paper, photo paper and self-adhesive paper (please refer to the product catalog). We have complete production lines and a strict quality control system, and support customized production according to samples as well as OEM private labeling.

3.What customization services do you offer?

  CPG:We provide customization on size, printing, packaging and functional coating. We also support OEM/ODM private labeling services, and can adjust products flexibly according to your requirements.

4.How to handle product quality issues?

  CPG:If you receive defective products, please provide relevant problem details, on-site photos and a description of the problem in a timely manner, and send the defective goods back to our company. We will arrange joint inspection and analysis by the Production Department, Technical Department, R&D Department and Logistics Department, and provide you with a corresponding solution based on the actual situation.

5.Can you arrange export logistics and provide customs clearance documents?

  CPG:Yes. We can arrange export logistics including sea freight, air freight and express delivery, and provide a full set of customs clearance documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.). You may also appoint your own freight forwarder.

6.Are you a factory or a trading company?

  CPG:We are an integrated industry and trade enterprise. We own our production factory and also have a professional foreign trade team, integrating production, sales and export.
